These Terms govern your use of Nodiom Cloud, a hosted service operated by Synexiom Labs Inc. ("Synexiom Labs," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Nodiom Cloud, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Nodiom Cloud on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
Nodiom Cloud lets you store, read, and structurally edit Markdown documents through an API (the Model Context Protocol), addressed by selector — for use by AI agents and other software. The open-source nodiom library Nodiom Cloud is built on is available separately under the MIT license and is not covered by these Terms.
You need an account to use Nodiom Cloud. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken with your API keys. Keep your API keys confidential — anyone with a key can read, write, and delete documents in your account. Tell us right away at dev@synexiomlabs.com if you suspect a key has been compromised — you can also revoke it yourself immediately from your dashboard.
Current plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. The Hobby plan is free up to its monthly operation limit. Paid usage beyond that, and paid plans generally, are billed through Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed in arrears, based on metered operations recorded by the service.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us. Fees already incurred for usage prior to cancellation remain payable. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

You own the documents you create and store in Nodiom Cloud. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we don't use it to train machine learning models. We access it only as needed to operate the service, to provide support at your request, or where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how your data is handled.
You're responsible for having the rights to any content you store, and for keeping your own backups — while we operate the service with the intent of durable storage, Nodiom Cloud isn't a substitute for your own backup practices for anything irreplaceable.
We aim to keep Nodiom Cloud available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime except as separately agreed in an Enterprise contract. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service, with reasonable notice where practical.
You may stop using Nodiom Cloud and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to access stored content ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable period.
Nodiom Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synexiom Labs Inc. won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of Nodiom Cloud. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Nodiom Cloud after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
